Tesla shares are in the midst of a massive rally. The stock has already gained 35% YTD. Last month stands out with a fabulous return of 56%.
The stock is a clear winner of the US election. Currently, it has been consolidating at a high level for a few days. Our main scenario envisages a direct rise to the all-time high in the region of USD 415. A breakout above this level is also anything but impossible.
Even a brief relapse to USD 280 in our secondary scenario would not change the very bullish picture. In this scenario, too, an all-time high would be on the agenda.
Only a relapse below USD 270 would significantly cloud the picture.
