Please be informed that, the below listed websites fraudulently misrepresent to have a connection with JFD and have infringed with JFD’s rights and trademarks in order to defraud users of their personal data, registration data and funds.
Unfortunately, JFD cannot guarantee that the list is exhaustive or always up-to-date and refers only to the websites that were brought to our attention. Therefore, if an investor is in doubt about the connection of any website with JFD, or spots a website that is substantially similar in design, structure and content to JFD’s website, please contact us at support@jfdbrokers.com and we will take all necessary actions to report it and protect other investors from being defrauded.

We want to notify you about MMM - 3M Co’s spin-off scheduled for 31.03.2024. This corporate event will impact both MMM - 3M Co (CFD) and MMM. - 3M Company (Physical Stock).
JFD will not offer the quoting and trading of the newly established company (Solventum). Hence, all clients who had open positions on MMM - 3M Co when the market closed on 31/03/2024 will receive the equivalent funds of one share of the newly created entity at the ratio of 4:1. Thus, for every 4 stocks held in the existing company (MMM - 3M Co), they will receive the equivalent funds of 1 share of the newly created enterprise.
In additions, please note that if you hold short positions in CFDs they will be booked as a short position in the new stock at a price of zero, once the new positions are allocated, they will be closed at the first available market price and the result will be deducted out from your balance(s).
