SKILLS REQUIRED:

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Assisting clients with their accounts and the financial service products that JFD offers
Responding to client queries regarding the service itself and our trading platform MT4/MT5 by phone, email, or live chat
Registering client inquiries in our CRM system (client database)
Managing the whole process of registering new clients e.g. sending all necessary forms for the account opening process, informing clients for missing documentation etc.
Assist the Department Manager in daily operational tasks.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent proficiency in German - both written and verbal
Very good proficiency in English
Degree (Higher Education) in Economics / Finance / Marketing is preferred
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preparing reports for the needs of the department;
Establishing contacts with individual or institutional clients via phone or e-mail as well as answering and processing inquiries from the same;
Ongoing communication with the Company’s partners, liquidity and software providers;
Creating reports for regulatory bodies, inserting data, maintaining information and updating the Database;
Storing and archiving information accumulated and gathered in the Brokerage Department;
Informing management immediately in the event of any attempt to access the data base by third parties, failure of technical equipment or in the event of incorrect data input.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Executing day-to-day operational IT duties (networking/telephone, systems/internal E-mail, etc.);
Monitoring stability, availability and performance of corporate systems by analyzing them to identify issues and problems;
Performing on-going internal maintenance and upgrade of the company’s infrastructure;
Maintaining, customizing and troubleshooting MT4/MT5 servers and plugins;
Setting and configuring servers, routers, switches, firewalls and others;
Installation and configuration of common hardware and software;
Investigating and troubleshooting any IT issues that may arise in the day-to-day operations and cooperating with 3rd party service providers;
Providing second level IT support to employees, partners and clients.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Fluent in English Language, both written and verbal;
Excellent knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop OS (including Windows File Server;
Exchange Email Server, Active Directory, DNS Server);
Basic knowledge of Database Administration - preferably MS SQL, MySQL, MS Access;
Excellent Knowledge and experience in Networking (LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi);
Knowledge and experience on VoIP and PBX Systems is required;
Familiarity with core internet services and technologies (email, DNS, VPNs, routing);
Strong working familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems;
