BROKERAGE SPECIALIST

Main Responsibilities:

Assisting the Head of Brokerage Department in all brokerage-related business activities
Preparing reports for the needs of the department
Assisting individual or institutional clients via phone or e-mail by answering and processing inquiries related to the quality of execution, corporate actions, symbol specifications etc.
Ongoing communication with the Company’s partners, liquidity and software providers
Creating reports for regulatory bodies, inserting data, maintaining information and updating the Database
Storing and archiving information accumulated and gathered in the Brokerage Department
Monitoring and informing management immediately in the event of any attempt to access the data base by third parties, failure of technical equipment or in the event of incorrect data input

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
University degree in finance, economics or a related field
Good computer literacy – especially MS Excel
High level of attention to details
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
Willingness to learn more in the area of finance

BACK-END WEB DEVELOPER

JUNIOR IT ADMINISTRATOR /HRDA/

ABOUT THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:

Working as a Junior IT Administrator at JFD Brokers you’ll receive extensive on-the-job training to be able to assist with IT-related tasks on-site in the office of JFD in Limassol.

This is a junior position under the HRDA program with employment duration of 8 months.

Main Responsibilities:

Executing day-to-day operational IT duties (networking/telephone, systems/internal E-mail etc.)
Performing on-going internal maintenance of the company’s infrastructure
Familiarize with the troubleshooting of MT4/MT5 servers and plugins
Setting and configuring servers, routers, switches, firewalls and others
Installation and configuration of common hardware and software
Investigating and troubleshooting any IT issues that may arise in the day-to-day operations and cooperating with 3rd party service providers

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

University degree in IT or related field
Fluent in English Language, both written and verbal
Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop OS
Basic knowledge and experience in Networking (LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi)
Familiarity with core internet services and technologies (email, DNS, VPNs, routing)
Good teamwork and troubleshooting skills

The JFD Legal & Compliance team is on the hunt for a passionate, intelligent and driven individual who will overview regulatory compliance. The main purpose of this role is to be mainly engaged with compliance reports, while limiting compliance risk exposure.

This is a junior position under the HRDA program with employment duration of 8 months.

Main Responsibilities:

Respond to compliance needs regarding implementation of procedures in accordance with all laws and regulations including the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec);
Review Agreements, marketing and advertising material, and publications for compliance, making appropriate changes as needed
Perform audits to test compliance, established laws, regulations, Company’s policies and managerial guidelines, taking corrective action where needed;
Work in collaboration with the other colleagues from legal department to update, publish, post, and maintain procedures and manuals;
Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations;
Follow and abide by any of the instructions/requests of the Head of Legal & Compliance and keeping up with the latest changes in laws and/or regulations that impact the Company and its operations;

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor’s degree in Law
Good knowledge of corporate law
Good understanding of the AML and CIF legislation

As a Head of Design, your main responsibilities will be to create cross-media communication / brand campaigns and to develop creative concepts in collaboration with the Head of Marketing while leading the design team. You will assume full strategic responsibility for the overall Company brand position, expression and experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and motivate the in-house design team to establish their full contribution to the organisation
To manage the process of designing solutions to meet and exceed the company requirements
Ensure that high-quality design and creative projects are delivered on time and within established budget
Elevate our internal design standards to world-class heights and ensure they are upheld with every project
Maintain and implement the corporate design style ensuring standardization of web pages, look & feel, colours, fonts and styles
Work closely with Marketing and Web development teams
Lead the design process including problem research and UX research

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent spoken and written English (German would be considered as an advantage)
University degree in Graphic/Web Design, Engineering, Multimedia, etc.
Strong designer’s skill set including creativity, conceptualization, interaction design and visual aesthetic
At least 5 years of experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
Proven track record in leading and creating excellent Brand and Design work from concept to full production

As a Graphic/Web Designer, your main responsibility will be to work closely with the Chief Creative Officer and the CEO, as well as the Web and Digital Marketing teams. You will help create and design customer-centric experiences including websites i.e. updating and improving the existing 5 websites, creating new websites, microsite or landing pages and preparing other promotional material across all types of media (online banners, print advertising, brochures, marketing material etc.). You will ensure that communication products deliver messages effectively to the public and you will design products for both internal and external audiences. It will be required to develop work in a clean, well structured, and easily maintainable format.

Main Responsibilities:

Designing and developing online and offline marketing materials
Creating a variety of design solutions with a high visual impact for both internal and external audiences
Creating work in different styles, targeting a variety of audiences for our different company brands
Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices and standards
Providing quick turnaround of audio/visual enhancements and adjustments

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years’ work experience encompassing all aspects of graphic and web design, including responsive design
Advanced proficiency and knowledge in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Instinctive design ability, developing layouts, graphics and illustrations swiftly and with ease
High attention to detail
Fluent spoken and written English (German would also be an advantage)
Ability to work confidently on your own as well as part of a team and to work well under pressure
To communicate effectively and work in a structured way
