En el momento de escribir este artículo, el índice se acerca al nivel de 7008, marcado por el máximo interno del 21 de septiembre, cuya ruptura podría abrir el camino hacia el mínimo del día siguiente, en 6930. Si los bajistas no están dispuestos a hacerlo deténgase allí, luego una ruptura a la baja puede ver un margen para extensiones hacia 6843, o el mínimo del 20 de septiembre, en 6825.
Cambiando la atención a nuestros osciladores de corto plazo, vemos que el RSI se movió por debajo de 50, mientras que el MACD, aunque positivo, se encuentra por debajo de su línea de activación, apuntando hacia abajo. Ambos indicadores sugieren que el índice puede comenzar a ganar velocidad a la baja pronto, lo que respalda la idea de nuevas caídas en el corto plazo.
Ahora, para considerar el caso alcista, nos gustaría ver un rebote por encima de los máximos del doble techo, alrededor de 7130. Esto confirmará un próximo máximo más alto en los gráficos de 4 horas y diarios y puede establecer el etapa para avances hacia el máximo del 6 de septiembre, en 7195. Si ese nivel también se rompe, entonces los alcistas pueden subir hacia el máximo del 11 de agosto, en 7235.
