We want to notify you about Jefferies Financial Group Inc’s spin-off scheduled for 17.01.2023. This corporate event will impact the physical stock (JEF.).

Hence, all clients who had open positions on Jefferies Financial Group Inc when the market closed on 16/01/2023 will receive the cash equivalent of one share of the newly created entity at the ratio of 8.5:1.
