Please be informed that, the below listed websites fraudulently misrepresent to have a connection with JFD and have infringed with JFD’s rights and trademarks in order to defraud users of their personal data, registration data and funds.
Unfortunately, JFD cannot guarantee that the list is exhaustive or always up-to-date and refers only to the websites that were brought to our attention. We want to notify you about GlaxoSmithKline PLC’s spin-off scheduled for the 18th of July 2022. It will result in the establishment of Heleon PLC as a new legal entity. This corporate event will impact only the CFD (GSK.L).
JFD will not offer the quoting and trading of the newly established company. Hence, all clients who have had open positions on GlaxoSmithKline PLC when the market has closed on 15/07/2022 will receive the cash equivalent of one share of the newly created entity at the ratio of 1:1. Thus for every 1 stock held in the existing company, they will receive the cash equivalent of one share of the newly created enterprise.
Important - all clients who have held short positions in GlaxoSmithKline PLC’s CFD will receive a short position in Heleon PLC with an open price of zero. Once the new shares are allocated, the trades will be closed at the first available market price. The final amount will be deducted from the clients’ trading accounts.
