Unfortunately, JFD cannot guarantee that the list is exhaustive or always up-to-date and refers only to the websites that were brought to our attention. We want to notify you about Anglo American PLC’s spin-off scheduled for 07/06/2021. It will result in the establishment of Thungela Resources Ltd as a new legal entity. This corporate event will impact the CFD on the physical stock since it is solely available for trading on JFD’s platforms.
Since JFD will not offer for trading the new entity’s shares, we will not allocate the applicable number of new shares to all clients who will be holding open positions on Anglo American PLC’s shares until the market`s close on 04/06/2021. Instead, once we receive the new allocated shares, which will be distributed at the ratio of 0.1:1, we will sell them at the first available price and transfer their monetary equivalent to the live trading accounts of the respective clients according to the size of their open positions.
