Unfortunately, JFD cannot guarantee that the list is exhaustive or always up-to-date and refers only to the websites that were brought to our attention. We want to notify you about Altri SGPS SA’s spin-off scheduled for 16.05.2023. This corporate event will impact both the CFD (ALTR.LS) and the Physical Stock (ALTR.LS.EX).
JFD will not offer the quoting and trading of the newly established company. Hence, all clients who had open positions on Altri SGPS SA when the market closed on 15/05/2023 will receive the funds equivalent of one share of the newly created entity at the ratio of 1:0.112877. Thus, for every 1 stock held in the existing company, they will receive the funds equivalent of 0.112877 shares of the newly created enterprise.
