We want to notify you about Aviva PLC’s return of capital scheduled for the 16th of May 2022. This corporate event will affect Aviva PLC (AV.L) as a CFD. The return of capital will be set as a form of B share scheme. However, JFD will not have it in its offering.
Therefore, for 25 Aviva PLC (AV.L) stock that our clients have held until the roll over on 16.05.2022, they will be eligible to receive the cash equivalent of 19 B-shares. The distribution ratio is 0.76 which means that they will receive 19 B-shares per 25 Aviva PLC.
Important - all clients who have held short positions in Aviva PLC's CFD will receive a short position in B-Share with an open price of zero. Once the new positions are allocated, the trades will be closed at the first available market price. The final amount will be deducted from the clients’ trading accounts.
